POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Submit and manage warranty claims according to dealer and manufacturer standards
• Invoice warranty and cash job cards accurately
• Follow up on payments, shortfalls, and claim approvals
• Tag, track, and return warranty parts to manufacturers
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve warranty and service queries
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial and operational processes

• Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or claims management
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in systems such as Pastel, Salesforce, TMS, or similar
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
