SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive sector has a vacancy for Warranty Administrator to be based in Kempton Park.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Matric or Certificate
5 years experience in similar role
Related tertiary qualifications advantageous
Strong analytical, Numerical and problem solving skills
Excellent in MS Office and other Office packages

Duties & Responsibilities:

Handle all dealer warranty adjudication
Establish, Develop and maintain dealer warranty relationship
Assist in handling of warranty claims complaints and concerns and maker sure the problem is corrected
Implement improvement projects on an ongoing basis
Ensure that targets are achieved and costs are kept in line with budget
Upskilling & training of dealer & staff on warranty systems
