SUMMARY:
We are looking for a very experienced warehouse stock controller with carpentry skills

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job responsibilities

Manage all warehouses of the company in which goods owned by the company (or its affiliates) are stored
Assess, cost and restore antiques if and when required
Be responsible for organising the safe and efficient receipt, storage and despatch of goods in and out of the warehouse
Create a website/ online catalogue of all items stored in the warehouse
To create an inverntory of all the items in storage currently and future purchases
To ensure that the warehouse is kept clean, maintained, security updated
Ensure that all goods in the warehouses are properly insured
Monthly operating budget of warehouses
Quarterly catalogue valuations of all invertory items
Monthly update report on all warehouses
To assist wherever needed with carpentry related services required by the company or its affiliates as required from time to time
Co-Direct the Wood Business
Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts
Reconciling with data storage system
Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts
Inspecting equipment, issuing work oreders for repair and requisitions for replacement if required
Any other duties required by your superiors from time to time
