Warehouse Stock Controller

Duties:

- Ensure adherence to the company's rules and regulations as documented in the company's disciplinary policy;
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety practices and procedures as defined during induction and other Health & Safety training;
- Ensure and maintain constant workflow;
- Responsible to receive local goods from Suppliers;
- Responsible to verify goods against invoice;
- Responsible to submit invoices to finance timeously;
- Responsible to create purchase request as per production plan via EMA;
- Responsible to receive purchase order as per production plan via EMA;
- Responsible to locate local goods receipt to standard rack;
- Responsible for cycle counts of local goods to adjust EMA;
- Responsible to create purchase request for any shortages, damages or incorrect via EMA;
- Responsible to receive purchase order via EMA;
- Responsible to verify stock timeously;
- Responsible for monthly local orders from purchasing department as per production plan;
- Ensure production deviations are signed off by technical department and adjusted on EMA by the technical department;
- Ensure all local invoices are recorded on excel spread sheet and reported weekly to superior;
- Ensure stock orders are issued as required;
- Ensure to double check that all rejects forms have been completed correctly and signed off by the necessary
personnel;
- Responsible for processing all rejects forms on EMA;
- Ensure all reject forms are recorded n excel spread sheet and reported weekly to superior:
- Responsible for Claim Report
- Adhoc functions within the ambit of the job function

Requirements:

- Grade 12
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar role
- SAP Knowledge
- Advanced MS Excel
- Forklift License
- Knowledge of technical vehicle parts
