Warehouse Sort Supervisor

SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity exists for a hands on and detail driven Sort and QA Lead to oversee daily hub sort operations within a fast paced logistics environment.

POSITION INFO:
This role is responsible for leading a team of sorters across key dispatch waves, ensuring exceptional sort accuracy, maintaining rigorous quality assurance standards at dispatch, and driving operational throughput targets.

The successful candidate will be actively involved on the warehouse floor, monitoring performance, resolving operational issues in real time, and ensuring parcels are processed accurately and efficiently.
This position is ideally suited to a proactive leader who thrives in a high volume environment, is comfortable working with logistics systems and scanning technology, and enjoys leading from the front to deliver outstanding operational results.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience within a warehouse, distribution, sortation or last mile logistics environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory, team leadership or floor management capacity would be highly advantageous.
• Proficient in the use of handheld scanning devices, warehouse technology and logistics management systems.
• Willing and able to work early morning shifts, with operations commencing from 05:30.
