SUMMARY:
Our client in the renewable energy sector is urgently looking to employ a Warehouse Operations Clerk at their organization

POSITION INFO:
Location: Cosmo City

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Logistics
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must have warehousing and inventory experience

Responsibilities:

Warehouse organization and upkeep, this includes stock organization on its racking, cleaning less and tidiness of the warehouse at all times.
Daily Dispatches list collection and Assignment to pickers. Arrangement of collection times with customers.
Physical verification signoff for orders dispatch.
Driver’s routes planning based on daily priorities.
Arrange Times for customers deliveries.
Warehouse vehicles upkeep – Delivery truck, forklifts and delivery bakkies.
Administrate CARTRACK Accounts and verify vehicle movements as required. Main contact point for both services.
Management of all warehouse staff, including mounting structures production workshop.
Assignment of daily tasks to Mounting structures workshop as per weekly plan, follow up on daily completion of Machining goals.
Supervise and maintain a tidy and organize operation of the machining workshop.
Supervise and arrange any physical repairs to the premises this includes supervision of gardening services, painting repairs, Cartage and refuse collection, and others.
Supervise and plan for Containers reception and offloading, Cargo stacking on warehouse racking.
