Sallary : R120 000 Annual + Overtime

Hours : 8:00 - 17:00

Brief Role Description

The Warehouse Manager will oversee the full logistics and warehouse cycle for water‑management products such as gutters, downpipes, and tanks. The role focuses on ensuring efficient, safe, and accurate stock handling while driving continuous operational improvement.

Experience Required

• Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a manufacturing or distribution environment.

• Strong organizational and planning abilities

• Effective communication skills

• Solid problem‑solving capabilities

Qualifications

• No formal qualification requirements

Computer Skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Key Responsibilities / KPIs

Operational Oversight

• Manage daily receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch operations

• Ensure high accuracy and efficiency in order fulfillment

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate stock records

• Conduct regular cycle counts and audits

• Manage stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking

Team Leadership

• Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff

• Promote a safe, productive, and collaborative work environment

Logistics Coordination

• Liaise with transport providers, suppliers, and internal sales
