POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

A leading company seeks a detail-oriented Warehouse Co-ordinator to join their team. This role is key in ensuring accurate, timely and professional handling of client orders, courier liaison, and warehouse administration.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients on order collections, dimensions, and delivery status
Liaise with courier companies and ensure tax invoices & waybills are correctly processed
Check, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and on time
Verify serial numbers, lot and expiry dates against invoices
Manage daily collections, courier dispatch, and cross-border shipments
Handle POD requests, track waybills, and file documentation
Support monthly stock takes and assist with stock investigations

Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and client service skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience in warehousing/logistics administration advantageous
