Job Summary

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming parts against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Conduct Data Dotting and ensure full traceability of all serialized parts.
• Accurately bin, pick, and pack stock according to system and dispatch requirements.
• Complete Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) within 24 hours of receipt.
• Support cycle counts, stock takes, and variance investigations.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas in line with 5S and Health & Safety standards.
• Operate forklifts (where licensed) and assist with loading and unloading vehicles.
• Accurately capture and process all warehouse transactions within the system.
• Perform branch, dealer, and supplier collections and deliveries as required.
• Participate in parts standby duties during weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
• Minimum 5 years' warehouse experience, preferably within an automotive or parts environment.
• Valid forklift licence (advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proactive, disciplined, and results-driven.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
