SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-driven administrator with a strong grasp of Excel and a solid foundation in accounting? We’re looking for a Warehouse Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, asset-based environment and can seamlessly bridge operational efficiency with financial accuracy.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Processing customer and asset data into internal systems with precision
Generating quotes and invoices, managing asset releases, and overseeing short-term rentals
Liaising with internal teams and external customers to ensure smooth delivery and returns
Managing online marketplace listings and internal sales platforms
Supporting cash flow through debtor management and accurate financial documentation
Collaborating closely with the Finance Department to ensure accounting integrity

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in business administration, preferably in asset-based finance
Strong working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, etc.)
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and financial processes
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a practical Excel case study during the interview process—so bring your spreadsheet A-game.
