POSITION INFO:

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse & Production Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and production activities. The role involves managing staff, inventory, logistics, and production schedules to ensure goods are stored, dispatched, and manufactured efficiently, safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

12 staff in total. overseeing 5 staff, one driver, one supervisor and 3 factory staff.

Warehouse Management

• Manage inventory levels, accuracy, and movement (Pastel Partner).
• Coordinate receiving, storage, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Optimize warehouse space and enforce health & safety compliance.

Production Management

• Plan and manage production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Oversee production staff, resources, and workflows.
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor costs and implement efficiency improvements.

People & Performance

• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse and production teams.
• Track and report on KPIs for warehouse and production efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in processes and operations.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 year’s experience in warehouse/production management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and warehouse operations.
• Computer literacy, Pastel Partner essential.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
