A Well-known beautiful wine estate is looking for a WAITER-DELI to join their team

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate at the Deli should demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanor, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for. They should have an eye for detail to maintain an organized dining environment and ensure the accuracy of orders. A collaborative team player with the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and fast-paced setting is essential. Additionally, knowledge of food and beverages, coupled with the confidence to make recommendations, would be advantageous. This candidate should embody professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to upholding the high hospitality standards of this Wine Estate.

Candidate Requirements:

Knowledge of food and beverages.
Present menus and assist guests in making food and beverage selections.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Process payments accurately and provide receipts.
Restock supplies and prepare the deli for the next service.
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Assist with group bookings and special events when required.
