Credit/ Wage clerk administrator – JHB East
R 120k
 
Are you a self-starter, self-motivated and hard working? If yes, then my client in the manufacturing industry is looking for you! They are looking to employ a passionate incumbent with extensive experience in accounts payable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role calls for the following
 
  • Processing all the accounts payable, checking accounts and employee payroll
  • Matching and checking the processing of supplier’s documents
  • Processing of approved invoices and ensuring of correct level of authority
  • Following up on all outstanding invoices and reconcile items
  • Reconciling suppliers accounts
  • Timely and effectives liaising with suppliers and follow up on all queries received
  • Developing required reports relative to all aspects of accounts
 
The Ideal Candidate has the following
 
  • 1 year experience
  • Pastel Accounting system
