WSP Officer

SUMMARY:
The WSP Officer will support the WSP initiatives of the HWSETA, by capacitating provincial personnel, advocating WSP/ATR submissions and performance evaluations, recommendations and first line approval of WSP/ATR.

Required minimum experience: 4 - 6 years in Training and Development environment; Skills Development experience advantageous and Advance computer Literacy. 

Minimum Educational requirements: Matric/Grade 12; Bachelors degree in Education; Training and Development; Human Resources Development; Social Sciences, Finance and Auditing. 

Duties: WSP policy implementation; Quality assurance, Monitoring and Evaluations and Risk Management; Evaluate and recommend WSP/ATR submissions; Capacity building of the Provincial personnel; Stakeholder support and advocacy and Reporting and administration. 

Remuneration package: R602 267 - R805 157 per annum
