What You''ll Need:
• National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
• SAGMA or GMF Accredited Qualification
• 3+ years'' experience as a Wheat Miller
• Comprehensive grain experience
• Valid RSA driver''s license and own transport
• Willingness to work shifts
• Ability to monitor and maintain milling equipment
• Expertise in controlling milling processes to meet quality standards
• Routine maintenance experience for machine reliability
• Strong background in training, mentoring, and supervising teams
