SUMMARY:
A company is seeking a detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to manage warranty claims, process job cards, maintain warranty records, and support workshop operations within a dealership environment. The role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to liaise effectively with internal departments and head office.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric or higher qualification
2–3 years’ warranty administration experience in a passenger or commercial vehicle dealership
Experience processing warranty claims and costing job cards
Strong administrative and reporting skills
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
Good communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in English
Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
