SUMMARY:

A fashion retailer is seeking to employ a Visual Department Manager to plan and implement visual material for the store, in conjunction with commercial departments.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Timeously communicate marketing material for promotions to all store staff.
Create visual displays in line with the visual manual, in-store booklet and beautiful VM booklets to maximize sales.
Monitor current customer profiles and observe customers to influence visual displays and feedback changes or trends.
Manage the timeous distribution and implementation of ticketing and décor.
Manage and maintain all visual equipment to ensure availability.
Apply quality of detail to visuals in line with the visual manual.
Control visual expenditure in line with budget parameters.
Minimize waste and control stock usage to prevent shrinkage.
Develop, recruit, retain and lead a competent and motivated store visual team.
Create and improve the general ambiance of the store.
Conduct performance and development discussions with the team.
