Remuneration is without benefits only cash @ R21 000.00 per month less PAYE & UIF

Availability:          Immediately

Responsible for delivering and reporting scheduled virtual learning solutions/programmes for one of our global clients. Employing a range of delivery techniques to meet with business needs and in line with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Relevant Degree or Diploma in the industry

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience of virtual learning delivery within a financial service environment, with a focus on technical/procedural training
• Knowledge of banking and financial systems
• Excellent virtual presentation and delivery skills with good written communication ability
• Effective team worker with strong interpersonal skills and good stakeholder management awareness and a strong motivator of individuals and teams

• Strong motivator of individuals and teams.

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment & adapt quickly to change.

• Proven time management and organisational skills.
