Position Available: I&O Operations Support Engineer - Intermediate

Your Impactful Role:

Monitor and maintain infrastructure, providing reliable end-user support and serving as the IT contact centre for our business.
Implement best practices and adhere to guidelines, policies, and procedures to ensure operational excellence.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT operations with business needs and priorities.
Safeguard our systems and applications through robust security and user management practices.
Keep our infrastructure humming by maintaining functionality and implementing monitoring benchmarks.

Education:

Appropriate 3/4-year IT qualification
(Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems,
Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Programming)
MCSE / MCITP or Recognised Degree/Diploma
O365 / MS AD and Exchange Certifications OR Azure Virtual Desktop/Cloud PC

What You'll Bring to the Table:

5 - 7 Years IT Experience
Experience in dealing with teams within geographical and technical complex environment.
Microsoft Server 2008,2012,2016,2019
Microsoft Exchange 2016, 2019, DAG
Mimecast Email gateway Management
O365 /Azure Administration
RDS Terminal Services (2016,2019)
Active Directory (2012,2016,2019)
DNS, DHCP, Routing
Windows File Server Management (DFS)
ITIL v3/4

AND / OR

Azure Virtual Desktop/Cloud PC
