SUMMARY:
Virtual Executive Assistant / Part time - CT or JHB based

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This role is a bearing point for the company and contact to all team members, advisory board members, suppliers and even customers. Thus, this role influences the spirit and the tone for most of the internal and external communication.

Activities

  • Manage agenda.
  • Arrange and set up meetings
  • Arrange travel
  • Keep track of agreed tasks. Manage performance of the team.
  • Perform analyst and research tasks (e.g. customers, competitor or investors profiles)
  • Ensures quality of company documents, with input and support of others
  • Administers suppliers
  • Maintain contacts
  • Onboarding of new team members, incl. Advisory Board members
  • Oversee the company''''s infrastructure. Ensure it is maintained and everyone knows how to use it.
  • Capacity 15-20h per week with some flexibility, continental Europe time zone (Berlin/Barcelona)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven excellent English verbal and written language skills
  • Proven excellent virtual office management skills
  • Fluently spoken German would be an asset

Purpose

Purpose of this role is to enhance the Directors’ effectiveness / efficiency and help them to focus on his key tasks, such as

  • Keeping clients interested in the companies’ products
  • Set and drive the company strategy with the directors every day
  • Consistently grow the platform, the company and the team
  • Build long term relationships with investors, vendors and customers
  • Immerse into the programs/ products

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, willingness to learn and work in a startup environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven excellent English verbal and written language skills
  • Proven excellent virtual office management skills
  • Fluently spoken German would be an asset
  • Experience in Training / Learning and Development business would be beneficial

Salary - Market related 

CT or JHB based
