Virtual Advisor: Commercial Lines (Short-Term Insurance)

POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for an experienced and driven Virtual Short-Term Insurance Advisor to join a dynamic team focused on delivering solution-oriented advice and service in both Personal and Commercial Lines. Operating in a virtual and hybrid model, you’ll play a vital role in offering tailored insurance solutions and growing a sustainable client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and insurance solutions to clients with business risk and personal insurance needs.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, bankers, insurers, and life advisers.
Meet sales and growth targets in a virtual/hybrid model.
Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention.
Ensure full compliance with practice management, FAIS, and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

FSCA-Approved Qualification.
RE5 – Regulatory Exam for Representatives.
FAIS-recognised experience.
Product Specific Training (provided on appointment).
Class of Business (COB) Training.
CPD (Continuous Professional Development) compliance.
Honesty, integrity, and good standing.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
NQF Level 5 in Short-Term Insurance.
RE5 with up-to-date COB and CPD.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in personal Insurance sales.
