SUMMARY:
Our client in Amanzimtoti is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join their dynamic automotive sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for customer service and vehicle sales.

Salary is R11 000 per month.
A DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED.

POSITION INFO:
An opportunity is available for a Sales Executive to join a well-established automotive dealership. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and delivering an exceptional vehicle purchasing experience.

We are looking for a confident, target-driven individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a professional approach, and a passion for the automotive industry.

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 certificate
Valid Driver's License (non-negotiable)
Previous vehicle sales experience preferred
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
Computer literate (MS Office)
Professional and presentable appearance
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work weekends and dealership trading hours when required
Knowledge of automotive finance and insurance processes will be advantageous

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly vehicle sales targets
Assist customers throughout the sales process from enquiry to vehicle delivery
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Generate new business through prospecting and referrals
Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
Prepare quotations and sales documentation
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Follow up on leads and customer enquiries
Stay informed on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings
Work closely with the finance and administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Participate in dealership marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
