SUMMARY:
The position entails servicing of current trade and retail customer base & assisting at the workshop counter.

POSITION INFO:

Key objective:

Optimise customer service by addressing the customer needs
Increase / maximise part sales
Ensure correct binning, storage and housekeeping of parts
Supply regular feedback to staff and customers re the progress of their parts order
Manage all aspects of parts cash sales

Main responsibilities:

Grow, increase, up selling part sales to increase sales & reach monthly parts sales targets
Provide professional service to the workshop & customers
Assist with special parts order by pre-empting special orders & communicating status of parts orders clearly & efficiently to relevant personnel/customer
Housekeeping - parts department
Adhere to all Dealership processes and promote ongoing continuous improvements

Requirements:

Min. 2 years part sales exp. in a dealership environment
Min. Grade 12
Knowledge of vehicle parts & mechanics
Dynamic go-getter
Forward thinker
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle pressure
Fully bilingual
Process driven
Team player
Problem solving ability
CDK knowledge advantageous
