Vehicle Bookings | Service Advisor – Somerset West

R12 000 – R15 000  Per Month PLUS incentives (Negotiable depending on Qualification and Experience gained)

An established and reputable globally affiliated Automotive concern is seeking an experience Service Advisor to join their team!

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

ü  Greeting customers and directing them to an available technician

ü  Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be offered in place of expensive repairs

ü  Answering customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with technicians when necessary

ü  Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections

ü  Assisting customer with deciding to fix their car through the dealership''s shop or trading the vehicle in

ü  Overseeing and managing the service center''s scheduling and workflow

ü  Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up

ü  The role is based in their bookings department and assist service advisors when needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of Matric (ideally with Mathematics)
• 4-5 Years Vehicle Booking | Service advisory experience gained within the automotive industry
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English is essential
• Proven and solid communication, numerical, writing and administration skills is required!
• Monday to Friday and option to work Saturday once a month for overtime pay
