Your role as a Car Rental Agent will involve managing rental bookings, agreements, vehicle handovers, damage checks, extensive customer interaction, and upselling services to both local and international clientele. If you have a fervour for delivering outstanding customer service, excel in a fast-paced setting, exhibit impeccable grooming, have experience in roles such as Car Rental Agent, Hospitality, Airlines, or other customer-facing positions involving shift work and possess an exceptional English-speaking voice, we invite you to apply now.
 
Essential Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License, older than two years
A minimum of 1 year of RECENT Car Rental Agent or face to face customer service/sales experience
A good command of the English Language
Good Computer Skills (Excel)
Impeccably well groomed
Ability to work shifts
Stable and consistent work history
Contactable references
