SUMMARY:
Variable Refrigerated Flow Product manager

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an experienced and driven VRF Product Manager to lead the growth and market development of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) commercial air conditioning solutions across West and Southern Africa.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong technical HVAC knowledge and a passion for expanding market presence. You will play a key role in shaping product strategy, driving sales performance, and building strong relationships across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead market development and expansion of VRF commercial air conditioning solutions across West and Southern Africa
Drive the achievement of annual regional sales targets
Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities, competitor positioning, and customer needs
Support product planning and positioning based on regional market requirements
Develop and manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and profitability
Implement marketing and promotional initiatives to strengthen brand presence
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, contractors, developers, and consulting engineers
Provide technical product support and market insights to partners and internal teams
Collaborate with international teams on product planning, strategy alignment, and market feedback

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher (HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred)
2–5 years’ experience in HVAC or B2B sales
Experience in commercial air conditioning products is highly advantageous
Strong analytical skills with solid market insight
Overseas work experience is advantageous
Fluent in English with strong communication skills
Must be based in South Africa
Must be able to speak; read & wright English and Manderin
