VJ 19516 - NCR Administrator (Manufacturing) – East Rand

The NCR Administrator to serve as the vital link between production efficiency and quality standards. You will be responsible for the following:

• Log all non-conformances (product, process, or supplier-related) and coordinate with the QA Manager to assign formal NCR numbers
• Monitor the progress of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Ensure that Rectification Cost Reports are completed for any quality issues incurring costs and ensure that failure costs are reported in original job files and provide accurate project profitability data
• Facilitate the final review process where the QA Manager signs off NCRs as closed on the master register once effectiveness is verified and perform a monthly joint review of the NCR register with the QA Manager and Production Manager
• Ensure all material certificates are verified, accurately recorded, and maintained to support material traceability and compliance
