POSITION INFO:

RS Recruitment Services is assisting a national VIRTUAL MOTOR DEALERSHIP to recruit VIRTUAL SALES AGENT to work remotely in CAPE TOWN & SURROUNDING AREAS. This is a one month fixed-term contract with a possibility of becoming permanent thereafter. Training and marketing material will be provided. This position is suitable for GRADUATES.

OUR CLIENT IS A VIRTUAL DEALERSHIP PROVIDING ONLINE ACCESS TO THE BEST CAR DEALS AVAILABLE, THROUGHOUT SOUTH AFRICA.

IDEALLY, CANDIDATES SHOULD BE/HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

Matric.

A national diploma or bachelor’s degree, an advantage.

One to three years telemarketing and/or inside sales experience, an advantage.

Able to work collaboratively in a team and independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Prospect, generate, qualify, process and follow-up on leads.

Set up appointments for the sales team.

Work with the sales team and management to develop strategies to generate leads.

Initiate and participate in creating new business and follow-through pitches.

Provide weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports.

Achieve sales lead generation targets and appointment quotas.

Manage data for new and prospective clients.

REMUNERATION:

• Candidates will work for the first 4 weeks on commission only, i.e. R1 500 per vehicle sold.
• Those candidates who meet the target of 4 vehicles sold during the 1^st month will be paid R6 000 + R1 500 bonus for reaching this target = R7 500.
• Thereafter they may be made permanent and earn a basic salary of R5 000 + R2 000 per vehicle sold, plus:
• An additional R2 000 bonus if leads generated result in the sale of 5 to 6 vehicles.
• An additional R3 000 bonus if leads generated result in the sale of 7 – 10 vehicles.
