POSITION INFO:

This individual will be acting as the first point of sale for their customers seeking technical support on their numerous devises. You will be logging calls, directing issues, record events, follow – up with customers and pass on feedback.

It is very important that all applicants keep in mind that they would be expected to work over time and be on stand-by from time to time.

Skills & Experience:

IT experience in SQL and Software Testing will be beneficial

Agricultural experience will be beneficial

Qualification:

Any IT related qualification will be advantageous

Any Agricultural qualification will be advantageous

Matric (Grade12) is essential
