SUMMARY:
Our client in Bronkhorstspruit is looking for a Used Vehicle Operator

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealership environment
Proven Suzuki brand experience will be advantageous
Must reside in Bronkhorstspruit and surrounding areas
Computer Literacy Proficient
Industry legislative compliance/ knowledge
Work cooperatively and effectively with others

Must be willing to work Overtime & on Weekends
Must have own reliable transport

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct meetings with F & I
Evaluate the sales funnel activities – leads, contacts/demos/OPT’s, finance applications, approvals and sales
Critically evaluate the different used websites and the returns we are getting from the websites
Look at where our vehicles are coming up on the different websites, advertise, adjust and communicate
Check used lots in area/town/city
Understand the presentation and price matrix on the different sites and review current prices
Understand the used market, what sells and what doesn’t sell
Understand the used buying/trade in process
Understand price/demand dynamics
Understand what is happening in new vehicle/model availability
Understand the digital space and what the daily dynamics are in this space
Ensure that the used floor is neat and attractive
Produce and update daily want list
Check and approve daily the reconditioning costs and processes
Cost, check and control policies per deal
Review vehicle open debtors
Check outstanding Natis daily
Sign off all outwork to vehicles
Liaise with service department on reconditioning of vehicles
Wall to wall stock take from stock sheet to unit
Complete monthly stock/SIV/releasable value and submit to DP
Submit mark down requests with motivation
Understand stock ageing
Plan for stock 45 days with financial implications
Set and agree on new month target with DP
Communicate unit specials
