SUMMARY:
Market leaders in energy,fluid and air, vehicle and medical technologies based in the East Rand seeks as a Sales Co ordinator to provide operational support for the department, including administrative responsibilities to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:

Qualification

Grade 12(Essential)

Bachelor Degree or National Diploma in business, finance and management

Requirments

5 years’ experience in manufacturing, sales or service environment(Essential)

Experience in Project Management (Desirable)
Experiencein Import and Exports(Essential)
Job related skills:Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization(Essential)
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Essential)
Experience of using Syspro software (Essential)
Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment (Essential)
Some technical or engineering skills/knowledge (Desirable)

Duties

Develop and maintain an appropriate productive relationship with existing and potential customers at all levels

Processing of customer orders

Processing of project orders, providing regular progress updates to sales reps.

Manage order book, and progress orders through regular communication with procurement and logistics departments to ensure monthly shipping / invoicing targets are met.

Management of Work In Progress (WIP).

Administration of Authorised Inspection Authority (AIA).

Handles phone & email correspondence.

Liaise with direct and distribution customers on all order statusand stock availability queries.

Maintains departmental files.

Compile and maintain any reference manuals, or other related document manuals required

Manage and distribute weekly and monthly unit sales reports

Support other members of the internal and external sales team as required
