As the commercial model is based on qualified leads rather than sales, we are looking for agents who can build rapport quickly, identify genuine opportunities, and accurately qualify prospects while maintaining compliance. Previous experience on UK campaigns is a must, and well-spoken English is not negotiable. 

Mindset

The most successful agent for this campaign will think less like a salesperson and more like a professional Lead Consultant. Their objective is not to "close a sale", but to identify suitable customers, build trust, accurately qualify them and create sufficient interest for a successful handover to the brokerage.

Experience

• Minimum 12 months' outbound calling experience. 

• Previous experience in UK campaigns is highly desirable. 

• Financial services, insurance or regulated industry experience would be advantageous. 

• Experience working to lead quality KPIs rather than purely sales targets. 

Communication Skills

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral, easily understood accent. 

• Strong active listening skills. 

• Ability to build rapport naturally within the first 30–60 seconds. 

• Confident conversational style without sounding scripted. 

• Clear and professional telephone manner. 

Personality & Behaviour

• Naturally curious and engaging. 

• Consultative rather than aggressive. 

• Empathetic and patient. 

• Positive attitude with resilience. 

• High levels of integrity and honesty. 

• Comfortable asking qualifying questions without making the customer feel interrogated.

The ideal agent should be able to:

• Handle basic objections confidently. 

• Generate interest without overselling. 

• Secure commitment to speak with a qualified insurance adviser.

As this campaign relates to UK financial services, agents must:

• Follow scripts accurately where required.

• Never exaggerate benefits or make misleading statements.
