UAT Specialist

A dynamic fintech company is seeking a skilled UAT Specialist to spearhead user acceptance testing for cutting-edge technologies. This hands-on, functional role is perfect for those passionate about ensuring software quality in high-volume, large-scale systems.

POSITION INFO:

Join a leading innovator in secure digital transactions as a UAT Specialist, taking full ownership of the user acceptance testing lifecycle for new and evolving payment products. You’ll collaborate with agile teams to deliver top-quality solutions by crafting test strategies, executing manual test cases, validating system-to-system interactions, and ensuring business-critical data integrity across diverse platforms.
 
This role suits individuals who thrive in cross-functional settings, working closely with PMO, QA, and product stakeholders to shape test planning and execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in iterative delivery, ensuring business rules, user interfaces, data, and user stories are thoroughly validated before deployment.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3 years of UAT or QA experience in fast-paced IT or fintech environments
Proficient in writing and executing manual test cases
Strong knowledge of business rules, functional specifications, and use cases
Skilled in defect tracking and risk analysis
Familiarity with testing tools such as Jira, Quality Center, or Bugzilla
Experience in both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Exposure to high-volume or transactional systems is a plus

Qualification:
Bachelor of Science in Computer Science (or equivalent)
Certified Test Analyst
