Trust Administrator

SUMMARY:
The Trust Administrator will provide administrative support to attorneys in managing trust-related matters. This role requires a professional individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fully digital environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in either legal or financial administration and the interpersonal skills to manage sensitive client interactions with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer trust documentation and digital records.
• Process and maintain trust information using company’s bespoke software.
• Draft and prepare trust-related correspondence and documents.
• Liaise professionally with attorneys, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Support attorneys with accurate and timely administrative tasks.
• Address client queries empathetically and manage difficult situations professionally.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all administrative duties.

• Matric (Grade 12) essential.
• Further studies in Legal Administration, Finance, or related field advantageous.

• Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
• Ability to learn and work on custom company software (training provided).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Minimum 2–3 years’ administrative experience.
• Experience in a legal or financial environment highly beneficial.
