Purpose Of The Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Truck Parts Sales Executive for our client who focuses on reliable used commercial vehicle parts and new parts, specializing in top-quality replacement components. Fleet operators, mechanics, and workshops rely on their products and service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for counter sales of new and used truck parts, building strong customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers at the sales counter and via telephone
Identify and source truck parts according to customer requirements
Promote both new and used truck parts to maximize sales opportunities
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Prepare quotations and follow up on outstanding quotes
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Assist with stock control and inventory management
Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently
Continuously develop product and industry knowledge

Minimum Requirements:

Proven experience in truck parts sales

Must have experience with one or more of the following truck brands:

Scania
Volvo Trucks
MAN Trucks
Mercedes-Benz Trucks
Strong knowledge of new and used truck parts
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to identify parts accurately and efficiently
Computer literate and familiar with parts catalogues and stock systems
Valid driver's licence will be advantageous
Motor Industry experience Essential!
