Our client is a high end, patient centric dental practice where excellence is standard. We are looking for an efficient and organized Treatment Co-ordinator with PA / EA experience.  The ideal candidate must be able to act responsibly and work on their own in a very busy environment.  This is a client facing, front line position where the clients must be made to feel like royalty.

Requirements:

• Ability to multi-task and deal with specialist medical professionals
• Outstanding command of the English language – both written and spoken
• Excellent computer literacy (Intermediate to advanced Excel / Word)
• Diary management experience
• First class telephone and e-mail etiquette
• Decent tenures at previous companies (no job-hoppers)
