A leading Destination Management Company is looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage and support a team of Destination Specialists. This role is ideal for a strong leader who thrives in operations, quoting, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support a team of Destination Specialists
• Cost, quote and operationalise profitable tour products
• Design creative itineraries and proposals
• Train and coach the team in Tourplan and operational best practice
• Negotiate with suppliers and manage margins
• Monitor client feedback and continuously improve processes
• Ensure accurate capturing and confirmation of bookings in Tourplan
• Support procurement and groups from negotiation to rate loading
Requirements:
✔ Matric
✔ Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
✔ Minimum 5 years leadership experience in a Destination Management Company
✔ Strong Tourplan experience
✔ Excellent leadership and operational skills
✔ Namibian citizen
