A talent management and skills development company based in the small, serene resort town of Ballito, North of Durban, is looking for a Training and Development Leader to manage national training projects. The suitable candidate will join the company on a 12-month contract.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage national training & development projects
Manage facilitators, assessors, and moderators
Manage scheduling of training and material distribution
Manage Seta credit uploads, claims and payments
Perform office and training administration
