POSITION INFO:

Our client is looking for a Training Officer to support a dynamic team.  If you are an organised, detail-orientated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and fulfil within the requirements below, we want to hear from you!

Requirements:

• Matric or an equivalent to NQF 4
• SAGMA or GMF Accedited qualification
• 15 Years minimum Miller experience
• Valid driver''''s license and own reliable transport
• Strong communication skills in English, Xhosa, Zulu and Sesotho are highly resirable 

Duties and responsbilities:

• Provide SOP training to hel build a skilled, safty-conscious and high performing workforce
• Conduct training need assessments within the production department
• Provide the necessary guidance, mentorship and coaching to ease new hires into their function
• Deliver hands-on, practical training sessions focussed on milling operations, food safety, quality standards and workplace safety.
