Training Officer - Milling (Sotho Speaking)

POSITION INFO:

We are seeking an experienced Training Officer to join our team in Bloemfontein. The role focuses on training and developing production staff by delivering SOP, safety, and operational training to ensure a skilled, safety-conscious, and high-performing workforce.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years’ experience as a Miller

• SAGMA or GMF accredited qualification

• National Senior Certificate (NQF 4) or equivalent

• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages advantageous)

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Own reliable transport & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:

• Deliver SOP, safety, and operational training to production staff

• Conduct training needs assessments

• Mentor and coach new employees

• Provide hands-on training in milling operations, food safety, quality standards, and workplace safety

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
