Our client in the mining industry, has an opportunity available for a Training Facilitator-Mining, to be based in the Brits area.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Grade 12
Blasting ticket/ Rock Breaking Level 3 Qualification with extensive TMM Experience
Assessor Qualification
Moderator (Advantageous)
ETDP Level 3
3 Years experience as a Training Facilitator for the Mining Department

KPAs:

Deliver Outcome Based training to Mining employees
Conduct assessments of learners underground
Assist during development of new course material
Manage and control administration associated with area of responsibility
Ensure conformance with Quality and Environmental standards
Monitor and assign work to allocated assistants according to instruction when required
