Training Coordinator Needed

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Allmed Healthcare requires an experienced Training Coordinator to join our fun team in Durban. Preferably you should have healthcare industry experience (not essential).

Duties:

• Provide administrative support to Trainers and students.
• Advertise for all upcoming course dates and fees.
• To be the first port of call for students and must be able to respond quickly and accurately to all students queries and concerns.
• Ensure minimum of 15 students per class.
• Aim to conduct courses every week.
• Interviews and assessments of students.
• Ensure all fees are paid and balance with the bank statement before commencement of class.
• Prepare training materials and set up training facility.
• Ensure teas and snacks are prepared for students.
• Welcome students on arrival.
• Ensure all students sign course register.
• Assist with Soft Skills training.
• Manage enquiries and complaints from students and prospective students.
• Maintain and update student records – often both in a database and on paper.
• Keep course documentation up-to-date and gather course statistics.
• Prepare Income and Expenditure for each course.
• Purchase resources as required, and process invoices.
• Preparing and award certificates.
• Compile list of students from each course and hand over to Recruitment consultant for interviews and registrations.
