SUMMARY:
The individual will be responsible for migrating and training new clients to use the system as well as advise on best practice SOPs.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and experience requirements:

• Degree/Diploma/Certification in Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeping or similar (Beneficial)
• Knowledge of bookkeeping/ accounting or knowledge in accounting software such as Xero accounting, Sage / Pastel, QuickBooks, CaseWare or similar financial software solutions
• 1-2 years’ experience in Key Accounts, Customer Service or similar support role within the financial / accounting software or similar industry, preferably in Software Solutions environments.

• Experience in migration, Training or consulting will be advantageous
• Customer service / support experience will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint
• Excel proficiency intermediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage tailored customer training plans & provide training & explain the financial aspect of the software & how it works (Bookkeeping/ accounting knowledge is highly beneficial)
• Track customer training progress, ensuring support for all participants.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure successful training completion.
• Communicate successes and challenges to stakeholders and identify improvements.
• Deliver system training to all other customers for effective usage.
• Provide ongoing support, addressing queries and guiding users.
  • Collaborate with the data migration team to define requirements.
  • Ensure client data is correctly formatted for smooth migration and assist in preparing and uploading financial data for clients.
