Training Administrator - Killarney Gardens - Cape Town

POSITION INFO:

Training Administrator (Killarney Gardens – CPT) Needed

Fair Cape Dairies is currently recruiting for a Training Administrator to work within the Training Department.

The main purpose of the job would be to provide an administrative support function to the Training & Development Team in the delivery of its training mandate to the Fair Cape Dairies Group.

Some of the key functions entail:

  • Providing an administrative support function to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) project
  • Assisting with general training & development administration duties 

The role will be based in Killarney Gardens, Cape Town and will report to the Organizational Development Manager

Preferred Qualification & Experience:

  • 3 year Tertiary qualification  - Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources (Essential)    
  • 2 years administrative experience, preferably within Training & Development or HR  

Knowledge

  • Knowledge of HR Administration principles and practices
  • Labour Legislation & Basic principles Business Administration and Management
  • Policy Formulation & Basic Production and processing knowledge
  • Familiar with Legislation e.g. LRA, WCA, BEE, OHSA, Basic principles and practices of Education & Training, Organisational Development, Career Management
