The Role: Trainee Manager
This position is structured as a developmental role where the successful candidate will initially be employed as a Sales Consultant with a clear objective of being fast-tracked into a managerial role within approximately 12 months. The role exists to identify a high-calibre individual capable of operating at a higher level of responsibility. It contributes to the business by maintaining sales performance while developing leadership capability, commercial awareness, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a proven track record of sales performance.
Engage with walk-in clients to understand their needs and provide product guidance.
Process orders and quotations with attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
Demonstrate leadership capability and the ability to influence others.
Operate at a higher level of responsibility within the showroom environment.
Participate in the branch profit share scheme as a developmental team member.

About You

Proven sales experience with a track record of performance is required.
Demonstrated leadership potential and the ability to influence others are required.
High levels of emotional intelligence, accountability, and professionalism are required.
The ability to operate at a higher level of responsibility and be identified as a high-calibre candidate during interviews is required.
A high-potential individual who demonstrates commercial awareness is required.
