Kontak Recruitment is recruiting a Traffic Manager specifically within the media & Digital Marketing Agency space with experience in digital advertising in terms of social, online (Web) and other online platforms Suitable candidates would require at least 1-3 years’ experience within traffic and project management environment specifically within a Digital Marketing Agency. Knowledge of digital advertising and online essential.

 
The Traffic Manager should have excellent interpersonal skills and that can work alongside brand managers to ensure projects are resourced to maximum efficiency while keeping the business, the people, and shareholders priorities top of mind.
 
The role requires admin, accuracy, and strong attention to detail; you will be well-organized and unflappable. We are looking for someone with experience in advertising agencies (Digital, ATL and BTL).
 
Educational Requirements:
Previous experience working with blue chip brands and multi brands simultaneously

1-3 years’ experience working as a Traffic Manager
Attention to detail and consistency
Take ownership and work in an autonomous manner
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage key stakeholders
A can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile, including work after-hours as needed.
Understanding chase is not a requirement but will be helpful
Understanding of advertising and the creative process.
Personality

Duties & Responsibilities
Schedule and traffic work into studio, social media, strategy and content marketing from small tasks to large workflows across digital, BTL and ATL.
Facilitate creative workflow planning with projects managers/ brand managers and department heads.
Interact with brand managers and the production team.
Plan and facilitate planning & traffic management meetings.
Plan and find solutions and lead capacity planning with the rest of the traffic team.
Timesheet reporting
