POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Tractor Driver to join our team on a busy wine farm. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the smooth running of all vineyard operations. If you are hardworking and enjoy the outdoors, please apply now!

Main responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain tractors and other farm machinery safely and efficiently
• Assist with vineyard activities such as spraying, soil preparation, and harvesting
• Transport equipment, materials, and produce around the farm as required
• Perform basic maintenance and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

Main requirements:

• Preferably 2 years previous experience as a Vineyard Worker
• Familiarity with the agriculture
• Truck/Driver license
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• The ability to lift heavy objects
• The ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time
• Ability to understand, read & write in English or Afrikaans
• Willing to learn
• Willing to work overtime (including weekends)
• Basic understanding/knowledge of irrigation
• Honest, Flexibility and Accountability
• Punctual & self-disciplined.
