SUMMARY:
A company based in Centurion is looking for a recently qualified Tool, Jig, and Die Maker

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Must be a qualified Tool, Jig, and Die Maker (qualified in 2023 or 2024)
At least 1 year of practical experience in tool, jig, and die making
Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Must be willing and able to work overtime when required

Key Responsibilities:

Manufacture, repair, and maintain tools, jigs, and dies to specification
Perform precision machining, fitting, and assembly of components
Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure accurate dimensions and functionality
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols

Preferred Skills:

Experience with manual machining and welding
Familiarity with press tools, moulds, and fixtures
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specs
