SUMMARY:
Leading Food Processing client based in Cape Town is looking for a dynamic Time and Attendance Clerk (contract with view to perm).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
Grade 12
Excellent Excel skills
Capturing of hours worked onto timesheets
Prepare monthly input for the Payroll Department
Time and attendance Input to payroll
Preparing payroll from time and attendance data
Reconciliation of leave balances
Knowledge of clocking systems ( and maintenance thereof)
