SUMMARY:
Our client situated in Greenbushes has a mornings only position for a Time and Attendance Administrator (Temp position)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The temp will be responsible for:
  • ensuring Time and Attendance via UNIS Webregister is processed and approved
  • ensuring payroll are notified of any new, transferred or terminated employees
  • gathering payroll related data including garnishments and other payroll deductions
  • reviewing and calculating hours worked
  • submitting payroll reports and timesheets on time
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • Own Transport
  • Experience in Time and Attendance essential
  • Available Immediately
  • Good contactable references
  • Good Computer Literacy
